A Licensed General Contractor, At Home on the Gulf Coast
Harry McNeil Builders Inc is a Florida Certified General Contractor based in Clearwater, family owned and state licensed since 1982. We build, remodel and improve homes across Pinellas County and the greater Tampa Bay area.
We know Florida construction — the wind loads, the moisture, the permitting, the salt air — because it is where we live and work too. One licensed contractor is responsible for your whole project: permits, trades, inspections and the finished result.
